UK & Ireland:

• Please allow up to 3-5 working days to process your order before dispatch. During busy periods such as sales, or festive periods please confirm the dispatch date from us before placing your order.
• For custom wig orders allow 20 working days to process and dispatch.
• Once dispatched allow 1-3 working days to receive your order.
• Shipping fees: UK £12 (next day guaranteed delivery), £5 24hours tracked delivery), Ireland £17
• All orders will be shipped via DHL Express or Royal Mail delivery service.
• You will receive a tracking number via email from the courier once your order has been dispatched.

Please note, 10th Avenue Beauty Affairs Ltd is not liable for any delays to the delivery of your order. Once your order is dispatched our chosen courier service is liable for ensuring your delivery is delivered within the above timescales.

International Orders:
• Please allow up to 5-7 working days to process your order. For custom wig orders allow 20 working days.
• Shipping fees: Europe, USA & Canada £30. Other part of the world £45.
• All orders will be delivered via DHL Express delivery service.
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
• Please allow 3-7 working days to receive your order upon dispatch.
• A signature will be required upon receipt of your order.

• Any custom charges on orders placed must be paid for by the recipient. 10th Avenue Beauty Affairs Ltd is not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
