Due to health protection and hygiene reasons following Regulation 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts 2013, please note that refund or exchange will only be given if the item is faulty or a wrong product is delivered to you, not because you changed your mind regarding the order or delivery timescale, as that is outside of our control.

If you change your mind on a purchase before the order has been shipped out; please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order before it is processed, so we can cancel, refund, or void your order and/or payment. Once it’s shipped out it is final. We ask that you be sure before placing your order, as every cancellation cost us a 6% fee.

We operate on a no refund or exchange policy for Bespoke Customised order, Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and bespoke items are exempt from cancellation . We therefore do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

We operate a no refund policy for pre bleached HD laces, or bleached knots that goes bald after wears, because we assume the customer knows that overtime bleached knots goes bald, and it is not in our power to fix that, due to the delicate nature of the lace, we only refund if there is a fault on the hair, we will not refund for not liking the color or length of the wig. 

Due to hygiene reasons, this refund policy must be adhered to strictly. You qualify for a refund if the following are adhered to:

• You contact us for return within 48 hours after you receive your order, due to a faulty item not because you changed your mind on the product.

• We receive your order within 72 hours after you told us you want a return.

• Seals attached to the products remain unbroken.
• In the case of lace products (frontals, closures and lace wigs), lace is uncut, unworn, no perfume smell or soul smell.
• In the case of hair bundles, you have not untied or cut the fastenings at the top of the bundle.
• You have not removed any tags from any products.
• You have not or otherwise altered the appearance of, or diminished the quality of, the wigs/hair ; e.g bleaching it, colouring it, brushing it, wetting it, cutting it, exposing it to odours or applying heat or hair products to it.•

Hygiene Seal & Returns

Kindly inspect your product carefully upon delivery before breaking or removing the hygiene seal.

For health and hygiene reasons, products supplied with a hygiene seal cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind once the hygiene seal has been broken or removed, in accordance with Regulation 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Please check the colour, length, lace and other visible details before breaking the hygiene seal.

Refund process

To process a refund, tell us in writing via info@10thavenuebeautyaffairs.com
• You must return the products to us, at your cost, in their original packaging, within the stipulated time after telling us you want to cancel.
• Returns received after 72 hours from the date you told us you wish to cancel will not be accepted.
• A 6% transaction fees will be deducted from all refunds to cover debit and credit card transaction fees. Unfortuntately we are unable to refund this as transaction fees are automatically charged, unless it is a faulty product.(Website purchases)

Exchanges

Any order to be exchanged has to be returned in accordance with our return policy, and once it is confirmed that it qualifies for an exchange, the exchange will be made and dispatched.

Please note, 10th Avenue Beauty Affairs Ltd will not be liable for the shipping fee for the exchange and refund.

Lace Cutting and Customisation

If you request that we cut the lace on your wig before dispatch, please be aware that this permanently alters the product at your request.

Once the lace has been cut at your request, the wig cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind, subject to the wig being faulty.
